The standard conventional oil separator is the original design for the removal of oil aerosols from the compressed air stream. This element design consists of a specific amount of a uniform grade of borosilicate glass fibers, “wrapped” onto a support tube. A range of screwable (spin-on) cartridges that are easy to assemble and replace, ideal for air/oil separation using the coalescence principle. Stacked filtering elements for air/oil separation with coalescent filtering baffle, suitable for assembly on the rotary screw compressors or blade compressors of the leading international producers, and interchangeable with all the main separator filters. Flow rates from 0.6 to 7 m3/min, and flow rates up to 45 m3/min.
